1) When will I receive my personalized item?
Your personalized item will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please ensure that you did purchase the personalized item and left relevant details at checkout. I sell ‘instant download’ files as well which will not include personalization. Instant download files are as they are. Instant download items would have not given you a section to leave a note.
Your personalized Printable will be emailed to you as a file (either PDF & JPEG) for you to download, and print at home or printing shop such as at FedEx Office, Office Depot, Staple, or officeworks for australia.
2) Where do I download my files?
Your instant download items will be emailed to you within 5 minutes. Please do check your junk mail too. It is very important that you put in correct email address at checkout as that is where the file will be emailed to. If you believe you have entered in incorrect email, please contact me straight away.
3) What is best paper to use?
For invitations, bridal shower games, wedding shower games, best paper to use are cardstock papers. White Cardstock papers. For Wedding charts, please ask the print shop for your options as the options will vary on your budget.
